Len began his career in finance, starting at Morgan Stanley before moving to the institutional equity desk at Credit Suisse. There, he worked closely with major institutional investors, gaining firsthand experience in how capital flows, markets move, and enterprise value is built. That foundation in high finance continues to shape his strategic thinking today—particularly his belief that marketing should always connect to financial outcomes like cash flow, lifetime value, and long-term enterprise value.

In the early 2000s, Len left Wall Street to launch his own e-commerce business, where he dove headfirst into digital marketing. After mastering SEO, paid media, and customer acquisition from the ground up, he built a successful SEO agency that grew through acquisition into what is now Commexis.
