What I’m seeing right now: most of your employees are using ChatGPT.

Most are starting to recognize the intelligence part — they’re finally realizing it’s more than a fancy search bar. But most companies are still a long way from fully incorporating what AI can do.

Now more than ever, you need an AI Blueprint — and a set of AI Rules your team follows.

It’s also time to talk to your attorney about what they actually know about AI — and the legality of your team using it. That space is still the wild west, but the conversations are starting.

We’re also seeing early signals on how to get into the LLMs — meaning, how your company shows up inside systems like ChatGPT. We have some methods that work and we’re testing others, but here’s what we do know for sure:

It’s not your content that will rank in the LLMs.
It’s how your content becomes part of the conversation.

That’s a completely different way of thinking about visibility.

And even if your brand is cited inside an LLM, what does that do for your website traffic? Probably not much — because let’s be honest, websites are boring compared to a live AI chat.

So if someone does click through from ChatGPT or an AI search, you’d better have a “solve my problem” tool waiting for them. Lead gen won’t work the same way anymore once they land on your site.

(By the way — we can help with that solve-my-problem product.)

A Glimpse Into What’s Next

Sora 2 will absolutely change how content is generated. But what really caught my attention this week were the new app features inside ChatGPT — rolled out right after Sora and Agent Builder.

Imagine having all your apps in one place, and actually talking to them.

For example: Zillow is now integrated. I love looking for investment properties — Key West, FL and the Jersey Shore are my zones. Normally, that means dozens of filters: rental income, HOA, taxes, you name it.

Now I can just talk to Zillow.

This flips search and retrieve into solve my problem.

And that’s the key. This is what I’ve been saying for months: you need to start creating content and infrastructure that AI systems can understand, interpret, and act on.

Where to Focus Now

If you’re serious about staying ahead, it’s time to:

  • Build your AI Blueprint.
Reallocate CAC — pull a portion from lead gen or ad spend and move it into AI projects.
  • Audit your existing content and understand how it appears inside LLMs.
  • Think app-first. You’ll soon be advertising your ChatGPT App the same way you do your website — but these apps interact back.

And soon, your Agent Mode inside ChatGPT will start talking to these apps without you even looking. It’ll present you with options — or just make decisions for you.

That’s not sci-fi. That’s next quarter.

So start your AI Blueprint now. Because this shift — from search to solve, from keywords to context — is the biggest transformation in digital marketing since the invention of Google Ads.
