ACC Software Solutions has over 20 years of experience as a certified Sage and Acumatica reseller. They offer a full range of the latest business management technology services, including consulting, implementation, targeted training, and ongoing support. The company’s goal is to help businesses derive maximum benefit from the software solutions used in their regular operations; this mission is support by their remote and on-site support staff.

The Project

The existing website ACC Software Solutions had when they came to Commexis had two major problems: the user experience and the buyer’s path. Both issues were convoluted and made it difficult for a visitor to the website to find solutions that fit the parameters of their individual type of business. Further, the training and support schedules were difficult to manage and sign up for yet generated a large portion of the company’s revenue.

Our team first analyzed the different buyers that were visiting the website and the needs they were looking to have addressed by the company. Once we get goals based on the results of our analysis, our next goal was to reconfigure the site architecture to address the specific needs of those buyers. Our development team did a complete redesign of the website while our strategists consulting on messaging. Our developers built the website from scratch using a WordPress platform that would make it easy for the company to maintain and manage the website while, most importantly, implementing an easy-to-use training and scheduling platform to maximize the benefits of their most financially rewarding product to potential buyers.
