Step One: Submit Your Project

After creating an account with Commexis, you will be given access to your client dashboard portal where you can quickly purchase our services and easily submit and manage your projects.

What types of projects can I submit?

Anything that falls under our current list of services. You can also submit a request for a custom project and we will discuss it with your further.

 

How much will my project cost?

You can view our complete list of services, their cost, and their turn around times within your client dashboard.

What is your project turnaround time?

Project turnaround time is dependent on the project and service. Each of our services has an estimated turnaround time within our customer dashboard. If your project requires more time, our project managers will discuss that with you.

Step Two: We Review Your Project And Get Started

Once your work has been submitted, the project manager will match the project with one of our team members. They will work together to ensure your project is done quickly and accurately.

What is the process for reviewing the projects we submit?

Our project managers manually review each submitted project. The goal is to verify the project you submitted will be covered by the service selected and that we have everything we need to complete the project. If your project is not submitted under the correct service or if your project falls outside the service parameters, your project manager will reach out and discuss this with you.

How are revisions handled?

Most of our services typically don’t require revisions. In the event that one is needed though, your project manager will work with you to ensure we are delivering exactly what you are looking for.

Step Three: Your Project Is Completed

After our team has completed the project we will send the finished work to you for approval. After you have approved the work, you can download your files, if needed, and move on to the next project!

I have a question about a project, my account, etc., how can I get help?

Within your client dashboard, you can submit any question you may have via our ticketing system or you can contact your dedicated project manager directly via email, phone or slack.

Do you do custom projects?

Yes, we do. Please contact us about your project and we will set up a time to discuss it.
